If you are not completely satisfied with your teak furniture selections, return the item within 30 days for a money back guarantee.  Return shipping is free of charge.  For damaged products we wil require photographic evidence to be submitted for our review.  Depending on the damage a replacement part may be sent or send an entire new item (either way at our expense).  The decision will be at the discretion of teakfurniturenow sales staff.  Exceptions to this policy include but not limited to (1) damage done by improper assembly, (2) damage caused by product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence after purchase, (3) normal wear and tear, (4) labor or assembly costs.
